فرضیه طوفان دریای سیاه (به انگلیسی: Black Sea deluge)، شناختهشدهترین فرضیه از میان سه فرضیهٔ سناریوی سیل پیشنهاد شده برای تاریخچه کواترنری دریای سیاه است. این فرضیه، یکی از دو سناریوی سیلی است که میگویند افزایش سریع و حتی فاجعهباری در سطح آب دریای سیاه طی «کواترنری متأخر» روی دادهاست.[۱][۲]
